Why This Reference Exists
Kay County has a Court Clerk and a separate County Clerk. The Court Clerk handles District Court criminal and traffic files, while the County Clerk keeps county administrative and land records. City courts in Ponca City, Blackwell, Tonkawa, Newkirk, Kaw City, and other municipalities use their own procedures. The sheriff's pages describe service, detention, and public-safety work but do not publish one countywide warrant list.
Those distinctions can matter more than a generic search term. A city PDF, an OSCN docket event, a police record, and a detention question are not interchangeable. The pages here point to official sources and preserve known gaps instead of filling them with guesses.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference. It has no connection to the Kay County court, sheriff, city police, Oklahoma agencies, or federal authorities.
- It cannot confirm that a warrant exists or is cleared.
- It cannot recall, quash, or remove a warrant.
- It cannot accept payment, post bond, or arrange a surrender.
- It cannot provide legal advice about a case.
- It cannot promise that a phone number, fee, list, or office procedure is current.
Only the issuing court or authorized agency can confirm current status and the lawful next step.
Search Partners
Some pages contain general sponsored search boxes supplied by outside providers. Those services set their own terms, prices, retention rules, and result coverage. A sponsored result is not an official Kay County warrant check. Avoid entering sensitive information unless you understand who receives it, and use the court or agency for a current answer.
